Par-ky is a veneer flooring with a thin top layer of real wood, distinguishing it from laminate floors, which use imitation prints. With Par-ky, you actually see and feel real wood. That is exactly what makes the difference in your home, office or shop. Just like a fingerprint, no two trees are identical. Each veneer flooring is unique, just like you.
Every Par-ky floorboard has a top layer of real wood. That's why our floors look like solid parquet. Just like in nature, no two Par-ky floorboards are the same. In addition, the wood also feels pleasantly warm to the touch.
Every bevel between two Par-ky floorboards has an antibacterial protection. This means that bacteria can’t settle between the floorboards. This keeps your floor not only clean, but also hygienic.
Par-ky loves wood, so we are very careful how we use this precious, natural resource. We optimise the use of this raw material by only cutting a thin top layer. In addition, all our wood comes from sustainable forests. This origin is guaranteed by our Pure Wood charter.
A Par-ky floor is not only strong but also extremely impact-resistant. Every floorboard is very resistant, thanks to the ultra-strong HDF (High-Density Fibreboard). The wood veneer is glued on this board and finished with no fewer than eight thick layers of lacquer. This makes our floors more resistant to impacts than solid or engineered parquet with a thicker top layer.
